Did you know that both healing, massage and acupuncture count as wellness treatment? This means that you can use your wellness allowance (Friskvårdsbidrag) for almost all of our treatments here at the studio. Tell us beforehand and we will write your social security number on the receipt so that you can easily hand it in to your employer.

Massage
Eleonor is back in the studio to offer her soothing and healing massages. If you feel rigid in the body since a long time, this is for you. She will adjust the massage to suit your needs and promise to leave you feeling relaxed, calm and like new in your body.
Breathwork
Kim our local breathwork instructor who guides group classes each week also offers private breathwork and sound bath sessions for deeper work. Breathwork is a collection of practices that’s been used for thousands of years to calm the nervous system.
Healing
Samson comes to Lysekil every other week to offer group healing session and during these days he’ll also offer private sessions for those who wants to work with him 101.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanic healing, offered by Lotta, is the oldest known health promotion and spiritual practice in human history. It helps the body start its own self-healing process and can be a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
