FAQ
Do I need any prior experience?
No you don’t! With us, you do yoga entirely according to your own conditions and we explain each position carefully so that everyone can follow along. If you are very stiff and/or have a hard time getting up and down from the floor you can start with restorative yoga or yin yoga.
What do I need to bring to a yoga class?
Nothing! There are mats and props to borrow. Water and tea are also available.
What clothing is recommended?
Something you feel comfortable in. Loose fitting or regular workout clothes. Sometimes you find yourself upside down, so it can be practical to have a sweater that doesn't fall down over your head. We practice yoga barefoot.
How do I pay?
Swish or cash on site for regular classes and pre-payment with swish for workshops and courses. If you don't have swish, you can email us. Also, if you want to use your Friskvårdsbidrag please contact us before making your purchase.
How do I buy a 10 card?
At the moment you can only buy 10-cards on site with swish or cash. Come a little before the class starts and we'll sort it out. Some cards are also available through the e-passi app.
Can I extend the 10-card if I don't have time to go 10 times in 6 months?
No, we don’t extend cards or gift cards. If you are unsure whether or not you will have time to use up a 10-card, we recommend that you pay per class instead.
What is the difference between course and drop-in?
If you buy a course, you pay for 7 subsequent times on the first occasion. For example, you can choose Yinyoga as a course every Monday for 7 weeks. The course is suitable for those who like regularity and to have a set time per week for their practice. Drop-in is for those who want to be a little more flexible with their visits. You can buy a 10-card or monthly membership and choose freely among the classes, regardless of the day and time.
If I miss one week on the yoga course, can I recoup it at another time?
No, a missed occasion is a missed occasion. Sometimes if there’s space on another class the same week we can move your spot to that class. But there’s no guarantee. If you know you won’t be able to make it to the class, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Comfort rules
Make sure to arrive ahead of time before your class starts. If you know you need to pay or buy a 10/month card, we want you to be in the studio no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We lock the door when the event starts. Let us know if you by any chance are running late.
Turn off the sound on your mobile phone or put it on airplane mode. Or even better: leave it at home if you can! The studio is also a wifi-free zone.
After finishing the session, we clean our mats, it is part of the practice.
