Booking Policy
To book yourself in to one of our Workshops, pre-booking and advance payment is always required. The registration fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you book a regular class, you don't have to pay in advance, but if you don't show up, you have to pay the price that the class costs for drop-in as you booked a place that could have been used by someone else.
Pre-booking also applies to free events. If you cancel later than 48 hours before the start of a session, you have to pay the price that the class costs for drop-in, as you booked a place that could have been used by someone else.
Workshops: The entire amount including registration fee is paid in advance. If you cancel later than 48 hours, you will be charged the full amount for the workshop. All workshops require pre-booking, no drop-in.
Free event: If you cancel later than 48 hours before the session starts, you will be charged the drop-in price. Advance booking only.
Regular classes: Payment is made on site with swish/cash. Cancellation must be made no later than 8 hours before the start of the session. Otherwise, you will be charged the drop-in price. You will not be able to book more classes until the fee is paid.
Courses: Advance payment is required and registration is binding. It is not possible to cancel, but you can transfer your spot to someone else if you can’t attend yourself. Missed opportunities cannot be taken back.
No-show
If you book a regular class and do not show up, you will be charged the price for the drop-in class. You can cancel/reschedule up to 8 hours before the session starts. If you cancel later than this, it counts as a no-show and you will be charged as your place could have been used by someone else. If you are unsure whether you can come or not, it is better to cancel well in advance and come on a drop-in instead.
Too Few Bookings
We run a small sized studio and if a workshop or class has fewer than 4 people booked in, the event may be cancelled. If a class or event is cancelled, you will be notified via email at least 8 hours before the session starts and we will refund you the full amount.
If you don’t want a class or an event to be cancelled, please book well in advance!
CREATE A USER ACCOUNT
Do you know that you can create a log-in on our booking page to make your bookings smoother? This makes it easier for you and you don't run the risk of missing your confirmation email due to an incorrectly entered email address. It's super easy! When you have booked a class, press "Create account" on the last page and choose a password. Done! The next time you want to book a class, just press "Log in" at the top right corner, enter your username and password and all your information will be filled in already.
