Sofia is passionate about preventing mental illness and contributing to the development and well-being of others. After many years of not feeling well and a constant feeling of stress, she came into contact with mindfulness in 2010. Mindfulness has been an important part of her journey to better manage stress and adversity, be more present and enjoy life.
After just over 12 years as an economist, she changed gears to follow her dreams and today she runs Sofia's Mindful Space. In order to best be able to help others feel good and live the life they want to live, she has trained as a mindfulness instructor, children & teen yoga teacher, wellness & stress educator, certified coach and motivational conversation leader. Through her own journey in personal development and well-being, she has gathered knowledge and tools that she is happy to share with others through, among other things, courses, workshops, retreats, lectures and coaching.
