Breath work


Breathwork is a collection of practices that’s been used for thousands of years. Through the breath we can affect our nervous system and leave the sympathetic(fight and flight) to decrease stress and find the calm place within us. 

Our mind is like the ocean, and even though there’s a storm above there is still calmness at the bottom. Through the breath we can get there. 

Our body is connected to the mind and vice versa. So both of them affect each other so, if we can focus only on the breath we can affect the mind. 

70% of all the waste the body removes is through the breath. So breathwork is also a way to increase the detoxification of the body. 

Soundbath

Is used to stimulate and open inner channels within the body to increase the flow of energy.
Also used as a way to distract the mind that keeps you within the body and stops you from connecting with the deeper parts of your own mind.  

Different Sessions 

Peak Breathing - 60 min 1200kr - 90 min 1500kr  

A session designed to give your body and mind a reset. By first activating the body we can enhance the experience of the breathwork to gain more of it's benefits.
To calm the mind and give the body a break to find it's natural way back to balance by help of soundbath. 

Inner Balance - 60 min 1200kr 

This soundbath session with the help of breathwork to guide you on your inner journey. We go deeper into the meditation to find stillness within. 
This class is focused to help you release old energy and to bring you back to the present.

Quick Balance - 30 min 600kr 

Same focus as the Inner Balance session but shorter, also with good results for you who has limited time. 

Deep Work - 90 min 2500kr 

A session for you who want to dig deep within yourself. A bioflow session within a safe space only for you to feel what ever you feel. Can release strong emotions that's been locked within the body that comes to surface. 

This can be a heavy session after experiencing a big release. So before we start we'll talk about everything you need to know and what your expectations from the session is. 

After the work is done we end the session by talking about your experience. So you can come back safely from your own bubble (you'll get it when you try it). 

Don't eat anything heavy before, preferebly be on a empty stomach and come if you can 15min before the session begins.
