Don’t have time or live too far away to come to our studio? Don’t worry! We have designed dan online platform containing all the tools and information you need to get into a regular yoga practice. With live streams and recorded videos, inspiration and tips about yogic routines and more! Become a member of the Tribe and join our yoga community. The basic plan starts at only 89 kr/month (approx. 8€/$)

All yoga teachers at our studio teach yoga full-time and are truly passionate about their work. They all have extensive training and extensive experience in the industry. It shows in the quality of our yoga sessions.
We want to warn you that you will be spoiled!

 

Do you feel stiff and have body aches? Then maybe it's time for a massage treatment! With us you can book many different treatments that suits your specific needs. We will make sure to leave you relaxed and pampered.

Through life we are involved in various experiences and traumas and these can become energy blockages in the body and make it difficult for us to live the life we want. Healing is an energy treatment that helps the body to heal itself.

 

Have you never tried yoga before and think it’s scary to go to a class? Or do you have an injury or limitation that makes you want to have yoga exercises adapted to your needs? Maybe you and your partner want to go on a session together, just the two of you? Then book a private yoga lesson with us!

How nice that your path has led you to us! At Mandala Soul Studio, everyone is welcome, old and young, new and experienced. Our vision is to help you find the tools and equipment you need to feel good and live a balanced life. For us, yoga is a work-in, not a work-out. So it doesn't matter how flexible or strong you are, it's about what happens on the inside. By practicing different yoga poses with breathing and presence, we learn to have the same calmness and presence in our daily life. Which in turn helps us make better decisions and make choices that benefit us in the long run. So join us and make a change, both in your own life and for the planet as a whole. Together we can raise the awareness on the planet and make the world a better place.
And the best place to start is within ourselves.
