Yoga doesn’t have to be long, advanced, or perfect to make a real difference

What matters is having something you can come back to, again and again, especially when life feels busy, overwhelming, or out of balance.

This platform is built around that.

Instead of focusing on doing more, the focus here is on building a small, steady practice that fits into real life. Some days that might be 30 minutes. Other days, just a few minutes is enough. What matters is the continuity.

Over time, something begins to shift.

You may notice your body feels stronger and more at ease.
Your mind becomes a little quieter.
You respond differently to stress.

And slowly, your practice becomes something you can rely on—a steady place to return to, no matter what is happening around you.

Many people try yoga from time to time, but never experience this deeper effect. Not because they are doing it wrong, but because it never becomes part of their rhythm.

Here, the intention is to support you in creating that rhythm.

You’ll find a mix of short and longer practices, live classes, and gentle guidance to help you stay consistent in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

This is not about pushing harder or becoming someone new.

It’s about returning — to your body, your breath, and a sense of balance that is already there.

Live classes on Zoom

We offer a weekly schedule with online classes and you get to help us shape the schedule. Book a class to vote for the ones you want to attend. All Zoom classes are recorded and as a member you can re-watch each class if you can’t make it to the session.

FAQs

  • No, you can be completely new to yoga when you become a member! We do recommend our Gold Membership for beginners since it gives you a deeper knowledge of what yoga is and how to practice safely in the comfort of your own home.

  • A yoga mat, a computer/phone/tablet, a good internet connection and a quiet space. For some practices like Yinyoga we use props but you can also practice without them or just grab what you have at hand.

  • You have access to our membership site as long as you are a paying member. Different memberships gives you different levels of access.

  • Yes! You decide for how long you want to be a member. You pay for one month ahead of time and you can cancel whenever you want.

Meet your instructor.

Founder

Eleonor is the founder and owner of Mandala Soul Studio in Lysekil, Sweden. With her years of dedicated yoga practices along with years of teaching regular yoga classes and running her own studio, she has a lot of knowledge and experience to share with you.

She launched her online business in 2024 to be able to teach her yogic practices to everyone around the globe. She will be your main instructor but will also invite other teachers to her online platform. This will give you a diverse knowledge about the yogic practices and all it's different variations.
