RECORDED CLASSES
Here are a selection of recorded live classes that you can try out to experience different types of yoga. You’ll need a yogamat and a blanket, and for some classes a yoga block. If you don’t have one; a big book works as well.
Beginners class
First out is a beginners class I recorded during a private yoga session through Skype. Perfect to start out or finish off your day with. You’ll need a blanket and a yoga block. I hope you’ll enjoy it!
Yinyoga against anxiety
This class was recorded during a live stream on Instagram. You don’t need any props to attend the class, only a yoga mat and maybe a blanket. Find a quiet space, maybe put on some relaxing music in the background and press play.
VINYASA FLOW TO SPARK THE INNER FIRE
This class was recorded during a live stream on Facebook. It’s a Vinyasa Flow class, which is a little bit more challenging than other types of yoga. Be kind to yourself! If you get tired, press paus and have a rest. No props needed, just a mat and maybe a blanket. Happy practice!
Hatha Yoga LEVEL 2 Recording
This is a class from one of my Hatha Yoga courses in the studio. It’s on an intermediate level. Be sure only to do what your body allows you to do. If the breathing technique explained in the beginning of the class is too advanced for you, you can go ahead and skip it.
