Your First Step to a Calm Yoga Routine

This starter kit is a gentle invitation to begin - or return to - a yoga practice that fits into your everyday life. There is no need to do everything perfectly or all at once. You can move through these practices in your own time, in a way that feels natural to you. Bookmark it and come back whenever you want.

You might choose to start with the short yoga video to connect with your body, continue with the meditation practice to slow things down, or read the blog post for a bit of inspiration. Or simply begin with whatever feels most accessible today.

The intention is not to do more, but to begin building something small and steady - a practice you can come back to, even on busy or overwhelming days.
