Join us for a relaxing day where you can recharge your batteries before the summer activities start. It's time to treat yourself to some me-time!
Summer Treat is a retreat day where you can let go of all the daily musts and get the tools to create the summer that you want. With awareness, inner calm and mindful choices. 
Together we spend the day without mobile phones filled with mindfulness, relaxation, good food and salty baths. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included and we’ll be enjoying breakfast at one of Lysekils best hotels. 
Pamper yourself and catch up on that alone time that you deserve, so that you can create a calm and pleasant summer for yourself this year. Suitable for beginners, or anyone who needs a break form the daily hustle and bustle. No previous experience is needed, just come as you are.

Practical info

The retreat is held mostly outdoors so please dress appropriately for the weather.

Pre-booking and advance payment is required. Registration is binding. Cancellation can only take place due to sickness and presentation of a medical certificate.

Bring your own yoga mat and a sweater (or blanket) for the relaxation, swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water bottle and good walking shoes. A hat can be nice as well if the sun is strong. If you need to borrow a yoga mat, we have a few to lend, let us know in advance.

The price includes the entire program and 2 meals: hotel breakfast at Strandflickorna, vegetarian lunch as well as fruits, tea and raw ball.

You can add a morning yoga class 8:00-9:00 for 200 kr, or book before 31st of May to get it for free!

Your hosts

During the retreat you will be guided by Sofia who is a trained mindfulness instructor, health coach and owner of Sofia's Mindful Space. She will guide you through a Mindful Experience and give tools that you can integrate into your daily life. With simple and effective exercises, you will learn how to become more present and find stillness and peace within yourself.

Eleonor Nordwall, yoga teacher and owner of Mandala Soul Studio will share the morning yoga and accompany Sofia during parts of the day to make sure you get the most out of your retreat day.

Together they share their unique knowledge; Eleonor with her long experience in yoga and Sofia with her long experience in mindfulness. Both practice these techniques themselves on a daily basis and have changed their lives for the better with the help of these tools and practices.
Now they want to share them with you.

Need a place to stay?

We can warmly recommend you to check in at Strandflickorna. The hotel is very close to Trampen where we meet in the morning to start our retreat day. This is also where we enjoy the fantastic hotel breakfast. Check out the video for a presentation. And please check with us before making your booking! If we have few people booked in for the retreat it might be cancelled. So just confirm with us that we have enough bookings before you book your room.
